Welcome to Help Integrate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Help Integrate platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Help Integrate LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
To use the Service, you must create an account using Google or Microsoft OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

The Service offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be placed in read-only mode. Your data will not be deleted.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
The Service integrates with third-party services (Google, Microsoft, Plaid, Stripe, and others). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services. You may connect or disconnect integrations at any time from Settings.
The Service includes electronic signature functionality. By using the e-signature features, you agree that electronic signatures created through the Service are legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Each signed document includes a tamper-evident audit trail with SHA-256 document hash, signer identity, IP address, and timestamp.
Help Integrate is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you create, fill, and send for signature comply with applicable laws and regulations. We recommend consulting with a licensed attorney for any legal questions regarding your contracts.
The Service allows you to upload PDF templates, map form fields to transaction data, and auto-fill documents. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data used to fill documents and for reviewing all filled documents before sending them for signature. AI-assisted field mapping and drafting are provided as suggestions only — you must verify all auto-filled content.
Contract templates you upload remain your property. We do not redistribute, share, or use your templates for any purpose other than providing the Service to your workspace.
The Service includes AI-powered features that analyze your data to provide suggestions and automate tasks. AI suggestions are advisory only and require your explicit approval before any action is taken. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions.
Financial data marked as private is never processed by AI features or visible to other users, including workspace administrators.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Help Integrate LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Help Integrate LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
